Cambridge Montessori School provides a high quality blended Montessori and traditional (non-Montessori) Kindergarten and First Grade class with emphasis on building upon a strong academic foundation with an advanced curriculum. In this classroom, we have a low student-to-teacher ratio for more individualized attention. A more intimate classroom environment combined with a highly recognized curriculum allows for extended learning opportunities that a child can only get in a private school setting. Each week, children also attend Spanish, P.E. and Music classes for additional learning opportunities. Our Kinder/First graduates go on to public or private schools with advanced academic skills and knowledge in science, social studies, math, language and writing. For this program Kindergarten student must be 5, and First children must be 6, years of age by October 15th.
